Youth Lead the Way in Swachh Bharat Initiative

The Student Forum and NSS Unit of Swastika National Business School organized a Clean-Up Drive at Urwastore surroundings and junction, promoting cleanliness, hygiene, and social responsibility. Over 150 students actively participated in the initiative, reflecting strong commitment towards community service and environmental awareness.

The programme was inaugurated by Ranjan Bellarpady, Chief Coordinator of Swachh Mangaluru Abhiyan, Ramakrishna Mission, who stressed the importance of maintaining cleanliness in public spaces. Students took part in cleaning activities, waste collection, and spreading awareness among the public. The event commenced with a welcome and concluded with a vote of thanks by Student Forum President Muliya Sathwik.

Chairman Dr. Raghavendra Holla, Trustee Mrs. Sumana Polali, NSS Coordinator Mrs. Vidhyalaxmi P. Shetty, NSS Secretaries Preetham, Nishmitha, Channabasava, and Anushka, along with Student Forum Vice President Ms. Sinchana and Secretary Ms. Sindhu were present. The initiative also fulfilled a key manifesto commitment of Student Forum President Muliya Sathwik, highlighting active student involvement in social responsibility.
