Karnataka Budget: Student Union Elections to Return in Colleges

Bengaluru: In a significant announcement during the Karnataka Budget 2026–27, Chief Minister stated that student union elections will be conducted again in colleges and universities across the state. The move is aimed at reviving democratic practices among students and encouraging youth leadership.
